I don’t have the kind of mind where I can go under I tried I just couldn’t relax hope u have better time.
I just quit smoking think of the thing that bothers u most even if it’s not as terrrible as lung cancer or emphasima everytime I thought about picking up a cigarette I pictured a wrinkle appearing on my face. Sounds stupid but vanity made me quit.
